To guarantee the highest quality prints, please ensure that all artwork follows these requirements. ARTWORK MUST BE PRINT READY.

  • Set artwork to desired print size. Must stay within 15"x20".
  • 300 PPI resolution is recommended for best print quality.
  • Only file type accepted is PNG Format With Transparent Background.
  • Artwork will be printed as submitted, if background is not transparent it will be Printed As-Is.
  • WE WILL NOT EDIT OR CHANGE ARTWORK. Ensure all artwork submitted follows the above requirements.

Please be aware that WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for quality issues that may arise from poor quality or low-resolution files submitted to us.

Place Order - Purchase garment that works best for you & ensure artwork is a PNG file with transparent background, 300 PPI, and set to desired print size.

Approve Mockups: Before production begins, we'll reach out via email/text for final approval, confirming that we print exactly what you need.

Production: Once final approval in confirmed we begin printing your creation.

Delivery - Every order is hand folded and shipped inside a poly bag. Shipping times are typically 1 - 4 business days.
