SCREEN PRINTING
What are your print sizes?
Tag: 3"x 3" ( Printed with grey ink on all garments )
Sleeves: 3.5" x 16  Pant legs: 3.5" x 18" 
Shirts/Hoodies:
Regular 14" x 18"  **Oversize 15" x 18"
**We can print bigger upon request 
How many color can you screen print?
8 colors is the max
What printing techniques are offered?
We mainly print using only the best plastisol inks and offer puff/3d, glow in the dark, metallic, color changing, reflective and foil prints. Basically, we do it all !
Do you print over zipper/pockets?
Short answer, yes. Prints that go over seams/zippers will result in imperfections and is not warranted by Master Threads.
What colors do you offer?
We have every color you can think of. We use a mixing system to get any Pantone color you would need. 
What determines my price?
Print location(s), quantities, number of colors on design, type of blank(s) being used & complexity of project.
EMBROIDERY 
What is the largest you can embroider?
Hats: Front 4.5" x 2.5"
Side: 2.5" x 2.5"
Garments: 10" x 10"
How many colors can you embroider?
15 colors per location is the max.
What embroider techniques do you offer?
We offer standard, metallic & 3D/puff embroidery.
Can any design be embroidered?
Not all designs work well for embroidery. Very small text and detailed designs need to be simplified. In embroidery LESS IS MORE.
When should i go with embroidery?
When doing items like hats, bags and materials not suited for screen printing, embroidery is the way to go.
What determines my price?
Stitch count is the main factor that determines price. Quantities, embroidery technique & type of material the embroidery will go on.
What is digitizing?
Digitizing is the process your design goes through to be an embroidery ready file.
ARTWORK
What files do you accept?
Photoshop: PNG, PSD
Artwork created in photoshop must be 300 dpi and set at desired print size to achieve the best print results. Resizing artwork will result in pixelation and low quality prints.
Illustrator: AI, EPS, PDF
If your artwork is created using illustrator please make sure all text is converted to outlines.

SHIPPING/TURNAROUND
What is your turnaround time?
Average turnaround time is 5-8 business days. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days for orders being shipped through UPS or FEDEX ground.
When does turnaround time begin?
Turnaround time starts when invoice is fully paid, artwork is approved & blanks are in our facility.
What can delay turnaround time?
Orders requiring specialties may increase turnaround.
Do you offer rush order?
Rush services are only available if production schedule permits. Rush orders incur a rush fee.
How do I receive my items?
We ship majority of our orders through UPS/FEDEX but if you're local you can contact us to schedule a pickup.
GENERAL QUESTIONS 
How can I keep my prices lower?
Prices are generally base on the garment, the quantity & the design. The lower the number of colors in a design and garment brand/style will bring down price. Also, the more you get the lower the cost.
Can I mix and match shirt/ink colors and styles?
Yes, as long as design is the exact same for all garments. If we need to change ink colors an additional fee will apply.
Can i supply my own blanks?
Yes, however some garments are print suitable. Master Threads DOES NOT GUARANTEE CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GARMENTS.
Do you create designs for customers?
We don't but we have a list of trusted graphic designers you can use for your custom artwork.
How do I pay?
Once quote is approved and everything is agreed upon we will send you an invoice to pay. We accept all major credit/debit cards. We do not accept PayPal.
What is your Return/Exchange policy?
Every order is custom and no refunds are issued.
